Flynn, Walker, Diggin, C.P.A., P.C. is an active member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, as well as the New York Society of Certified Public Accountants. Patrick J. Diggin, C.P.A.

President and Secretary/Treasurer

Pat Diggin concentrates on audit, accounting and tax compliance issues for businesses, not-for-profit organizations, school districts, and individual clients. He is expert in accounting system analysis and personal financial planning. As President, he is responsible for administration of the firm, including the firm's continuing education compliance, quality control program, and computer operations.

A graduate of Siena College, Pat Diggin lives in Wilton and is the past chairman of the Wilton Water & Sewer Authority. He is also a Board Member of the Saratoga Lions Club.

Lauren Ouimet, C.P.A.

Vice President

Lauren Ouimet manages accounting and taxation issues for the firm's business and individual clients. She has extensive experience with audits, preparation of financial statements and tax returns for clients in a broad range of industries. Lauren Ouimet, whose expertise also includes estate planning, estate taxes, trusts, and small business retirement plans, joined the firm in 2007.

A graduate of Hofstra University, Lauren Ouimet resides in Middle Grove, where she enjoys time with her children. She volunteers in the local schools and is Treasurer of Soroptimist International of Saratoga County.

Serena Kirkpatrick, C.P.A.

Vice President

Serena Kirkpatrick, an employee of the firm since 2005, has accounting experience in a wide range of industries, including construction, distribution, hotels, manufacturing, and professional entities. In the government and non-profit realms, she has worked with school districts, county fairs, and social clubs.

A graduate of Siena College, she is a member of the Young Professionals group of the Saratoga County Chamber of Commerce. Serena Kirkpatrick lives in Milton and volunteers to help cystic fibrosis patients through the Donna M. Crandall Memorial Foundation.

George W. Walker, C.P.A.

Assistant Treasurer

George Walker specializes in audit and accounting for corporations, not-for-profit organizations, school districts, and pension and profit-sharing plans. He has experience in financial and retirement planning, as well as individual taxation. He is a graduate of University at Albany.

Thomas J. Flynn, C.P.A.

Assistant Secretary

Tom Flynn's expertise includes taxation, estate planning, estate taxes, trusts, small business retirement plans, mergers and liquidations. As well as being a C.P.A., Tom Flynn had previous experience as a Field Agent for the Internal Revenue Service. He is a resident of Greenwich and graduated from Siena College.


Megan Nelson, C.P.A.

Megan Nelson's accounting background includes several years of wide-ranging assignments with individuals, corporations, and not-for-profit entities, including tax return preparation, financial statements, bookkeeping, sales tax, and payroll. A Certified QuickBooks ProAdvisor, she is responsible for providing ongoing maintenance and troubleshooting for the firm’s QuickBooks® clients. She resides in Queensbury and completed her studies in business and accounting at SUNY Plattsburgh. She joined the firm in 2012.
